Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MangoHost, a property management platform operated by IslandLink Solutions (“IslandLink”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, listing a property, or otherwise using MangoHost, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the property you represent.

1. The service

MangoHost provides tools to manage bookings, rooms, pricing, expenses, payroll, housekeeping, maintenance and analytics for accommodation properties. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the activity of users you invite, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to act for the property you register.

3. Subscriptions & billing

MangoHost is billed monthly in Philippine pesos, per property, according to the plan that matches your room count. Subscriptions are month-to-month — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Listing on MangoStay

MangoHost is part of the IslandLink network, which includes MangoStay, our booking marketplace for travellers.

By registering and accepting these Terms, you agree that your property will be listed on MangoStay by default. Your listing content — including property name, description, photos, room types, rates and availability managed in MangoHost — may be published on MangoStay and synced automatically so travellers can discover and book your property.

This is optional. You can delist your property from MangoStay at any time in Settings → Marketplace. Delisting removes your property from MangoStay going forward; it does not cancel bookings already made through the marketplace.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (property details, photos, documents, guest and financial records). You grant IslandLink a licence to host, process and display that content as needed to operate MangoHost and, where your property is listed, MangoStay. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for complying with applicable laws, including data-protection and guest-privacy obligations.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that is not yours.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
  • Do not use MangoHost to send unsolicited messages or to defraud guests.

7. Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using MangoHost you also agree to that policy.

8. Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep MangoHost reliable but provide the service “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IslandLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using MangoHost and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
