The best hotel management software for Philippine properties
We make one of these, so read this with that in mind. What follows is checkable: every competitor row links to the page we read it from, and where we did not verify something we say so instead of guessing.

The first thing we found
None of the three international platforms publishes a price. Cloudbeds and Hotelogix ask you to request a quote; Little Hotelier shows a number only after you enter your room and property count. Plenty of review sites quote figures for all of them, and those figures disagree with each other by wide margins — so they are not in this table.
What we hear from operators who have been through the quote process is that for a property of ten rooms or more the figure starts at around $150 a month and rises with the room count. That is our experience of this market, not something any of them publishes — treat it as a reason to get a quote and compare, not as their price.
MangoHost is ₱1,500 to ₱5,000 a month, flat per hotel, and you can read that on our pricing page without talking to anyone.

Where they win
If you need OTA channel sync today, buy one of theirs
Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier and Hotelogix all have mature two-way sync with Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb. MangoHost does not, it is on our roadmap, and we are not going to imply otherwise to win a comparison. If most of your business arrives through the OTAs, that single row outweighs everything else on this page.
They are also larger companies with longer feature lists, more integrations, and formal security certifications we do not hold.
Where we think we win
You can see the price
Published, in pesos, flat per hotel. No quote call, and no bill that moves with the exchange rate.
Built for the paperwork you actually file
PSGC addresses down to barangay, BIR registration in onboarding, DOT accreditation, and senior citizen and PWD discounts computed correctly on restaurant receipts.
Your staff’s language
The whole interface in Tagalog as well as English, and per-module roles so a housekeeper sees the room board and nothing else.
Profit, not just revenue
Expenses and payroll are subtracted automatically, and restaurant takings land in the same monthly figure as the rooms.
Questions, answered
- Which hotel management software is best in the Philippines?
- It depends on one question: do you need two-way OTA channel sync today? If you do, Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier and Hotelogix all have it and MangoHost does not yet. If most of your bookings come direct, by Messenger or from walk-ins — which is the reality for most Philippine properties under 50 rooms — then peso billing, a flat price, a Tagalog interface and BIR handling matter more, and that is what MangoHost is built around.
- Why can't I see the price of the international platforms?
- Because they do not publish one. As of July 2026, Cloudbeds and Hotelogix ask you to request a quote, and Little Hotelier shows a figure only after you enter your room and property count. You can check all three yourself — the links are in the table above.
- Is per-room pricing worse than a flat price?
- Not automatically, but it changes what growth costs. On a per-room plan, every room you add raises your bill for as long as you use the software. MangoHost is flat within a room band, so adding a room inside your band costs nothing.
- What does MangoHost not do?
- No OTA channel manager yet, no automated revenue management, no payroll processing, and no formal security certification. Each of those is stated on the page that covers it rather than left for a demo call.
