Hotel management software for Puerto Galera resorts
Built here. Our office is in Balatero, and our first customer is on White Beach.

What is true here
MangoHost is written in Balatero, about ten minutes from Muelle pier. That is an unusual thing for a software company to be able to say about the town it sells to, and it is the reason this page can be specific where most vendor location pages are filler.
Blue Water De Santorini on White Beach was the first property to run on it, rooms and restaurant together.
Market-specific, not keyword-specific
The local realities the system has to respect
Seasonality, permits, booking sources and the shape of the property matter more than a destination name in a headline.
A season that does not match the calendar
Puerto Galera's year is not a smooth curve. The dry months carry the diving, Holy Week fills everything at once, and the habagat months are quiet enough that a rate set in January is actively costing you by August.
Seasonal pricing handles this the way the town actually works: a base rate per room, then named month overrides — Holy Week, summer peak, low season — set once and applied every night after. Nobody at the desk has to remember what August costs.
Bookings arrive from everywhere except a booking engine
Here, a reservation is as likely to arrive by Messenger, through a dive shop, or from a returning guest who texts the owner directly, as through any online channel. That is why every booking in MangoHost carries its source, and why the channel breakdown in your analytics is worth reading — it tells you whether the dive shop is actually sending you business or whether you just think it is.
It is also why availability is checked as a booking is entered rather than synced later. The failure mode in this town is two channels selling the same room within an hour of each other.
GaleraHub, which only matters here
MangoHost connects to GaleraHub, the local Puerto Galera platform, to sync availability, bookings and guest messages. It is a real integration and a useful one — and it is worth saying plainly that it is worth nothing to a hotel in Cebu. It is on this page because this is the market it serves.
Sync with Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb is on the roadmap and is not shipping today, here or anywhere else.
The things guests ask, before they ask
Every guest arriving here has the same questions, and your front desk answers them forty times a week: which boat back to Batangas, where to dive, is Tamaraw Falls worth the tricycle, where can we eat that is not the resort.
The Guest Guide answers them from a QR code in the room, with your own recommendations and a map — and a link button for the dive trip, so the answer earns something instead of only costing time.
Restaurants attached to rooms
Most White Beach and Sabang properties of any size have a kitchen attached, and it is usually run as a separate business on paper. The Restaurant add-on puts it in the same system: guests charge lunch to the room and settle at check-out, and food and drink revenue lands in the same monthly profit figure as the rooms.
