Billed monthly in Philippine pesos, per hotel. Month-to-month — cancel any time, effective at the end of your current period. Questions before you commit? We answer 9:00am – 8:00pm Philippine time at hello@mangohost.ph.
You can see our price. That is rarer than it should be.
We checked the three international platforms most often recommended to Philippine properties. None of them publishes a price. Two ask you to request a quote; the third shows a figure only after you enter your room count — because it scales with rooms, so every room you add raises the bill again.
What we can tell you is what we hear from operators who have been quoted. For a property of ten rooms or more, those quotes start at around $150 a month and climb from there — which is our experience of this market rather than a published figure, and we would encourage you to get your own quote and compare it.
MangoHost is ₱1,500 to ₱5,000 a month, flat per hotel, in pesos, on this page. See the full comparison.
| Rooms | MangoHost, flat | Which works out at |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | ₱1,500 | ₱150 per room, per month |
| 20 | ₱2,000 | ₱100 per room, per month |
| 35 | ₱3,000 | ₱85.71 per room, per month |
| 50 | ₱5,000 | ₱100 per room, per month |
The right-hand column is arithmetic on our own price, not a comparison — we are not charged per room and neither are you. It is there because per-room pricing is the norm in this category, and it is the only way to put the two models on the same scale. Competitor pricing was checked on their own pages on 30 July 2026; where they publish nothing, we say so rather than estimate.
Questions, answered
- Is there a contract?
- No. Billing is month-to-month per hotel. Cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What happens if I go over my room limit?
- MangoHost tells you and prompts an upgrade to the next plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working while you decide — but the limits are real, not a guideline.
- How long does setup take?
- Most hosts are set up in an afternoon. Onboarding is seven steps — property, location, facts, rooms, payments, verification — and each one saves on its own, so you can stop and come back.
- Can you move my existing bookings in?
- Yes. We help you import rooms, rates and current reservations during onboarding.
- Can I manage more than one property?
- Yes. One login can manage several hotels, switched from the header. Each hotel is billed on its own plan.
- Do you sync with Booking.com, Agoda or Airbnb?
- Not yet — channel sync is on our roadmap and we will not pretend otherwise. If it is a deciding factor, tell us and we will be straight with you about timing.
- How do I pay?
- InstaPay bank transfer, in Philippine pesos. No card required and no card kept on file.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It stays yours. Ask us before your period ends and we will export your bookings, guests and financial records for you.
