Add-on · ₱500/mo per hotel

Every guest question, answered in a tap

Your own digital welcome book, opened from a QR code in the room. No app to install.

A published MangoHost Guest Guide: cover photo, an English and Tagalog switcher, section navigation, live local weather, the front-desk contact card, and the Wi-Fi network and password with copy buttons.

The Wi-Fi password is the most asked question in hospitality, and answering it is the least valuable thing your front desk does. Behind it come check-out time, how the aircon works, where to eat, and how to get to the pier.

The usual answer is a laminated card. It goes out of date the first time you change the password, and reprinting it is nobody's job.

Guest Guide is a paid add-on at ₱500 a month per hotel, on top of your core plan. Everything needed to run the rooms themselves is already included — see the platform.

How it works

The answers, where the guest already is

A guide is built from sections — welcome, check-in, check-out, Wi-Fi, house rules, how things work, amenities, transport, directions, things to do, emergency contacts, and any of your own.

Inside each section you place blocks: rich text, headings, images and galleries, a Wi-Fi block with tap-to-copy, contact cards, step-by-step instructions, an accordion for the questions that repeat, live weather, a map, a YouTube embed, a QR code, and link buttons. Drag to reorder, publish when it reads right.

It looks like your hotel, not like software

Your logo, your cover photo, and your own primary colour carried through the whole guide. A title and a subtitle. For most properties this is the most polished thing a guest sees before the room itself.

Local recommendations that can earn

The Local Area guide holds the places you actually recommend, each with a photo, a description, an address and a map pin, grouped by category and ordered how you want.

Alongside them, link buttons: a dive trip, an island tour, an airport transfer, a partner restaurant. The guest books from their phone, in the ten minutes after they drop their bags, which is when they are most likely to say yes.

Change it once

Change the Wi-Fi password in the guide and every guest sees the new one immediately — including the ones already in their rooms. That is the whole argument against the laminated card.

Each guide has its own public link and a QR code you can download as an SVG and print at any size. Put it in the confirmation email, message it on arrival, or frame it on the desk. If a link ever needs retiring, regenerate the token and the old one stops working.

Guests who do not read English

Set a default language and enable others, then translate section titles and content per language. Guests get a switcher on the public guide.

For Korean, Chinese and Japanese guests in Puerto Galera, Boracay or Cebu this is not a nicety — it is the difference between a guide being used and being ignored. We have not found another product in this market that offers it at this price.

Who this is for

  • Your front desk answers the same six questions all day

This is the cheapest hour you will ever buy back, and it works while nobody is at the desk.

  • You have things to sell beyond the room

Tours, transfers, a dive shop, the restaurant downstairs. A link button in the guide reaches the guest at the moment they are deciding what to do next.
