OTA channel sync is not built yet
Two-way availability and rate sync with Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb is on our roadmap. It is not in the product, and we are not going to describe it as though it were. If you need it now, buy something that has it.
Why this page exists
Most software companies handle a missing feature by leaving it off the website and letting you discover it on a sales call. We would rather lose the enquiry than waste your afternoon.
So: if the majority of your bookings arrive through the OTAs, MangoHost is the wrong choice today. Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier and Hotelogix all have mature channel managers, and our own comparison page says so.
What does work today
Everything else about channel handling, minus the automatic sync.
- Every booking carries its source. Direct, walk-in, returning guest, corporate, or an agent. Enter an OTA reservation manually and it is tagged like any other, so your channel breakdown and your revenue split are real.
- Availability is checked at entry. A booking cannot be written that collides with one already in the system — which is the actual failure mode when you are keying OTA reservations in by hand.
- A public API and inbound booking requests. If you have a developer, the API accepts booking requests and guest messages from an external system today.
- GaleraHub, in Puerto Galera. A local integration that does sync availability, bookings and guest chat — genuinely useful there, and of no use anywhere else. See Puerto Galera.
Where it stands
Honestly, at the brief stage
We have an integration brief and a preferred route to market. We do not have a shipping date, and we are not going to invent one to hold your attention — a roadmap promise with a month attached is just a different kind of overclaim.
What we can promise is that this page changes the day it changes, and that anyone on the list below hears before it appears in any marketing.
