Coordinate people & guests
One inbox for guests and team
With the guest's profile open beside the conversation, so nobody has to go and look it up.
Guest conversations happen in four places: Messenger, SMS, Viber, and whichever staff member has the guest's number. None of them is visible to the next person on shift, and none of them is attached to the booking.
So a promise made on Saturday — a late checkout, an airport pickup — is known only to the person who made it.
Unified inbox is one of the modules included in the MangoHost platform — every plan has all of them, so nothing on this page is an upsell.
The workflow
How it works
Guests and team, separately, in one place
Tabs for everything, guest threads, and team groups. A guest thread belongs to a guest; a team group is for the people who work there. Both live in the same inbox so nobody is switching apps mid-shift.
The context is already open
Beside the conversation sits the guest: their room, their email and phone, their country, whether they are a VIP, and a link to the full profile. That is the difference between answering a guest and looking them up first.
If the thread has no linked profile, it says so rather than showing a blank panel.
Real time, and a badge that is honest
Messages arrive live over a server-sent stream, and the unread count in the sidebar increments as they land rather than on the next page load. Opening the inbox clears it.
The replies you send forty times a week
Quick replies for the ones that repeat — late checkout approved, on our way, breakfast is seven to ten, thanks, noted. One tap each.
Conversation search covers the rest, for when you need the message where you agreed something three weeks ago.
Read state per person, not per thread
A thread that the owner has read is not a thread the front desk has read. Read state is tracked per person, which is what makes the unread badge mean something on a shared inbox rather than being cleared by whoever opened it first.
Team groups, so operational chat has somewhere to live
A group thread for the people who work there sits beside the guest conversations. Shift handovers, a request to check a room, the message about the delivery arriving at four.
The point is not that it is a better chat app than the one on their phones. It is that the message lives next to the booking it is about, and does not vanish into a personal thread when someone leaves.
Messages that arrive from elsewhere
Guest messages from a connected platform land in the same inbox through the public API, tagged to the guest and the booking they belong to.
That is how the GaleraHub integration works in Puerto Galera today: the guest writes on their side, and it appears in the thread your staff are already watching.
A conversation about a room is a conversation you can show
Send a photo two ways: attach one from the device, or open the hotel gallery and pick from the property's or a room's own photos. A device photo is downscaled and re-encoded before it ever leaves — a 2,400×1,800 phone photo lands around 512px and a few kilobytes — while a gallery pick sends the listing's own image rather than a fresh copy.
Either way it renders inline in the thread, and full size is one click away.

Who this is for
Guest messages reach individual phones
The value here is not the chat. It is that the next person on shift can see what was promised.
You have a team that needs telling
Team groups sit beside the guest threads, so operational chat does not need a second app.
