Channel manager
A channel manager keeps your availability and rates in sync, two ways, between your own system and the OTAs.
Why it matters
Without one, every OTA reservation is keyed in by hand and every rate change is made three or four times. The risk is not the labour; it is the double-booking in the window between a sale on Booking.com and someone noticing.
It is the single feature most worth having if the OTAs are where your business comes from — and the least worth paying for if it is not.
If you do buy one, budget for the work as well as the licence. Mapping room types and rate plans across three OTAs is a day of careful setup, and getting it wrong is how properties end up selling a family casita at a garden-room rate.
In MangoHost
Not built. It is on our roadmap with no shipping date, and if most of your bookings arrive through the OTAs you should buy a product that has one today. We say the same thing on the page about it.
