Worth saying plainly
We do not have OTA channel sync
Two-way sync with Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb is the integration most people arrive looking for, and we do not have it. It is on the roadmap and we are not going to attach a date to it, because a date we miss is worse than no date at all.
What that means in practice: if the majority of your rooms are sold through the OTAs and you need one calendar to hold all of it, buy a platform that has channel sync today. If you take most of your bookings direct — Messenger, walk-ins, repeat guests, an agent — and the OTAs are a slice you can keep in hand, MangoHost fits, and we would rather you knew which of those two you are before the call than after it.
