MangoStay
A listing marketplace for the whole country, open to any Philippine property rather than one town. It is not launched, no guest can book through it yet, and this page exists so you know that before someone tells you otherwise.
Exists today
The property side. Profiles, images, amenities, rates, reviews and payment plumbing are already in MangoHost, because they are the same records the PMS needs anyway.
Does not exist yet
The guest side. There is no consumer site, no search, no booking flow, and therefore no traffic. That is the part that decides whether a marketplace is worth anything.
What it is meant to solve
A small Philippine property has two ways to be found. It can pay commission to an international OTA on every booking, or it can be found directly — Messenger, a repeat guest, someone’s cousin. The first is expensive and the second does not scale, and most operators live uncomfortably between them.
GaleraHub shows the third way works at a small scale: a marketplace built for one region, where the properties are known, the listings are current because they come out of a live PMS, and the commission is not set in another country. MangoStay is that idea taken national — every province, any property, listings that are accurate because they are generated from the system the property already runs on.
Whether it works is an open question and we are not going to pretend otherwise. A marketplace with no guests helps nobody, and building guest demand is a different and much harder problem than building software. That is the honest reason there is no launch date on this page.
What happens to your data if it launches
Nothing you have to do twice. The property profile, the room types, the photos, the amenities and the rates you maintain in MangoHost are the same records a listing would be generated from — which is the point of building the marketplace on top of the PMS rather than beside it.
Listing would be opt-in. A property that never wants to appear on a marketplace stays invisible on it, and none of the PMS depends on the marketplace existing. If MangoStay never launches, your MangoHost account is exactly what it is today.

Questions, answered
- Can I list my property on MangoStay today?
- No. MangoStay is in development and the consumer side is not launched, so there is nowhere for a guest to find your listing yet. You can join the waitlist and we will tell you when that changes.
- How is it different from GaleraHub?
- GaleraHub is a Puerto Galera marketplace and it is live — if you are in Puerto Galera you can connect to it today. MangoStay is intended to be national and open to any Philippine property, which is exactly why it is harder and slower to launch.
- Will it cost extra?
- We have not set the commercial terms and we are not going to invent them for a website. When there is a real answer it will be on the pricing page in pesos, like everything else.
- Do I need to wait for MangoStay to use MangoHost?
- No, and you should not. MangoHost is the property management system and it works today with no marketplace attached at all. MangoStay is an additional way to be found, not a prerequisite.
