Pricing

Comparisons

We make one of the products on these pages, so read them with that in mind. What we can offer instead of neutrality is a method you can check.

How we write these

Competitor pages last checked 30 July 2026

Versus the international platforms

Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier and Hotelogix. The headline finding: none of the three publishes a price.

They win on OTA channel sync. We win on price transparency, peso billing and Philippine requirements.

Versus a spreadsheet

The real incumbent in this market — free, instant, and already working. When it is genuinely enough, and the three moments it stops being.

A sheet wins on flexibility and cost. It cannot refuse a double-booking.

Guest Guide versus Touch Stay

A mature standalone guidebook against an add-on inside the PMS that already has your bookings.

They win on maturity and on being buyable alone. We win on peso billing, Tagalog and being connected.

Versus Smoobu, Hospitable and Beds24

All three publish a price, unlike the platforms above — the honest question is what the base number leaves out.

They win on being built for scattered short-term rentals. We win on one flat price with no per-unit add-ons.

What to actually check

Whatever you end up buying, these are the questions that decide whether it works at a Philippine property — and the ones a feature list will not answer.

Can you see the price?

If not, budget a sales call before you can even shortlist. Ask what it costs at your room count, in pesos, and what it costs when you add five rooms.

What happens when two people take a booking at once?

Ask them to demonstrate it, not describe it. A system that checks availability at entry behaves differently from one that syncs afterwards, and the difference is a walked guest.

Will your staff use it?

In what language, on what device, and how many taps to mark a room clean? A system only the owner uses produces nothing for the owner to read.

Can it tell you last month’s profit?

Not revenue — profit, after salaries. If the answer involves an export and a spreadsheet, it is a reservation tool rather than a management system.

Who can see your numbers?

Ask whether a housekeeper account can see rates, payroll or guest contact details. At this size, that answer decides whether staff get logins at all.

What happens if you leave?

Ask how you get your bookings, guests and financials out, and in what format. Ask before you sign rather than when you are already unhappy.

Or just look at it

Thirty minutes on your own rooms and rates beats any comparison table, including ours.
